About Michael – Michael started his life in Irvington, NJ. He attended St. Leo's in Irvington and graduated from Kindergarten there. He and his family moved to Fanwood, NJ in 1976, where he attended Park Middle School before his parents thought catholic school would be best for all. He attended St. Bartholomew until 8th grade, then continued his education in Scotch Plains at Union Catholic. He graduated from High School in 1985. Also in 1985 he received his first tattoo from his friend, Stewey - it was a moshing guy from DRI. He also joined the army in 1985 and attended boot camp in KY. He finished out his tour driving a tank (and blowing up BARNS) in Germany and returned home in 1989, louder than ever. After returning from the army, he moved back to Fanwood for a little while but then moved in with Drew at the Squire house in Westfield. He also had a short stay in Tuxedo, NY with his Uncle Frank and Uncle Tim. In 1991 He moved to a house in Scotch Plains with Drew, Steven and his brother Ronnie where he stayed until someone ate his pork fried rice from Rice Inn (Cardinal Sin #9) and decided to move back home. He met Carol Ann Cino on Christmas Eve, 1996 at her cousin's house, at the annual Christmas Gathering, and although Carol didn't like him too much the first moment she met him (he was picking on her about a bottle of wine she was drinking), he grew on her VERY quickly, and they moved to Piscatway, NJ in 1997. Michael and Carol lived in Piscataway until 2000, when they moved back to Fanwood to save some cash to get married. Michael and Carol got married on April 20, 2002. They moved back to Carol's "hometown" of Long Island in October of 2002, where they lived in Farmingdale, until purchasing their home in Islip, NY in November of 2005. Michael worked as an electrician and really came into his own out on Long Island. Mike worked in the Hamptons and Montauk on homes in which he was so very proud of, and was always willing to boast a little and tell every one of his accomplishments. Michael was an AVID New York Giant fan, loved punk rock, heavy metal, computer games - specifically World of Warcraft, the Matrix, Comic Books, and cartoons, specifically the Justice League, X-Men and Spiderman. He is missed terribly by his wife, Carol and his beloved dog Abby, as well as his parents, Norman and Pamela, his sister Paddy, her husband Chris, their son Christian, his first rescue dog Bruin, his sister Michele and her four children, Josh, Jason, Jacob and Skylar. His Cousins, Vincent, Medea, Gwendolyn, Livingston, Richard, Steven and Susan, His Uncle Frank and Uncle Donnie and his Godmother Aunt Penny, his Aunt Fran, his close friends Steven, Mary, as well as many other friends. Michael will live in our hearts and our memories, forever.
